Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch it the very next day. If there is any delay in dispatch, we will inform you promptly.
Orders within India are shipped through trusted courier partners and are typically delivered within 1–7 days, depending on the destination.
Customers will receive all tracking and delivery updates via SMS & Email.

International Shipping (Outside India)

International orders are shipped via reputed courier services. Delivery usually takes 7–10 days.
Any unexpected delay will be communicated in advance.

Delivery Timeline

All orders are dispatched from Delhi and Kolkata. Typical delivery estimates:

• Delhi and Kolkata: Usually 2 days. Contact us for same-day delivery options.
• Metros: 3–5 days
• Non-metros: 3–7 days (depending on location)

Note: These are general estimates and may vary based on external factors.

COD Orders

• If a COD order is cancelled once, future COD orders will not be accepted from the same customer.
• COD Charge: ₹75 extra
• Free Shipping is available on prepaid online payments.

International Orders

• Payments must be made through PayPal.
• COD is not available for international shipments.
