Refund policy
Parcel Opening Video
- A parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims.
- Without a clear and uncut opening video, we will not be able to process any exchanges, refunds, or replacements.
Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable if an incorrect product has been sent by us.
- A parcel opening video must be provided as proof for any refund request.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed, but the customer will be responsible for both-way shipping charges of ₹150.
Returns & Store Credit
- If the customer chooses not to opt for an exchange or replacement, store credit will be issued for the product value.
- Please note, prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once they are in transit.
