Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible because the shipment has already been handed over to the courier.

In such cases, customers should contact our support team for assistance.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment/refund method.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
